1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeadAxis service at leadaxis.io (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

LeadAxis provides commercial real estate data search, contact lookup, and CRM tools, including optional integrations with third-party services you choose to connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including those governing email, marketing, telemarketing, and consumer data.
• Do not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or to harass or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail), you authorize LeadAxis to access that account on your behalf to provide the features you enable. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. Our handling of data accessed through those services is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your team.

7. Fees

Paid plans and usage-based features (such as skip-trace credits) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Property data and contact information are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying data before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadAxis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
